Is this an app that is on your tracker @Princess3 or is it the Fitbit app for your phone? 

I'm still not sure what device is being looked at or what the name of the app is.

Downloaded the versa 2 through my Samsung phone...through the fit bit app

Wanted to change the face on my watch so went through options on the phone...purchased a new face ..but the phone wouldn't let me download it...when I tried to it was a white screen with a circle going round..

So this circle is on the Fitbit app in your still unidentified phone. 

Not in an app on the versa. 2 

With android this circle usually means that their is a communication error
