I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or if there's something I haven't tried, but my watch face won't display the right temperature even though it's correct in the app. I haven't gone outside yet since getting the watch last night. Maybe that's the issue?

Hey there @wynnamarie, it's nice to see you around the forums! If the weather for your current location doesn’t appear, check that you turned on location services for the Fitbit app.
If you change locations, sync your watch to see your new location in the Weather app.
As long as you are getting notifications (your mobile is in range) your weather app is being updated. The current information doesn't go away when you are out of range it just doesn't update until you are in range.
Hope this helps, give this a shot and let me know how it goes!

@wynnamarie since your referring to one of the dozen clock faces with weather. Please let us know which face your looking at, also please check the clock face settings.

Nope. It still takes hours to update temperature no matter what.

I'm having the same issue with the Big Weather watch face. The Weather app works great, tracking me as I go to work, and showing the local temperature (-11 degrees). The watch face updated after I opened the weather app on my watch, but it changed from 0 degrees to 5 degrees. I verified that the app still says -11. I have an Ionic watch with iPhone 6s,

I figured out my problem. By default, the Big Weather app does not show the current temperature, but the "latest up-to-date maximum temperature". I'm not sure why that is, but I went to the Clock Faces tile on the iPhone app, opened My Clock, tapped on the Big Weather image, there is a Settings option which allows you to set it to show the current temperature, as well as battery level and seconds.

I’m using the Elegant clock face on Ionic with an iPhone 7. My weather app shows current weather correctly but the clock face doesn’t show the temperature Settings for clockface is turned on for showing current temp. Any insights on how to correct this so current temp shows on Elegant clock face?

The term clock face does not tell us which clock face your using, I so of edit your title to include the clock face your using.

Thanks. It was the “Permissions” settings for the clock face and about 36 hours of patience. Now working fine. Thanks for all the good input!

I am having the same problem. I have “essential watch“ and temperature displayed on the watch face is not correct, even though temperature in the app is spot on. Location services are enabled. Help! I’m in my 14 day trial period with this watch and this is not helping…
