So, I was wondering is the Fitbit lab clock faces available for the versa 3 and if not will it ever be

Yes, there are Fitbit Lab clock faces available for Versa 3. Please see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? When trying to find the clock face, type "Fitbit Labs" and you'll be prompted with the ones available.

There are no fitbit lab clock faces available for the versa 3 when you search for them. They are only available for versa 2, according to fitbit. Where do I find the ones you are referring to?
