Fitbit SPo2 clock face not showing SPo2

Versa 2. Uk. Firmware updated. 

clock installed but spo2 reading is blank. App shows the usual spo2 chart.

I’ve only had it show readings two days out of five since it was installed which is frustrating. 

The manual for the face talks about all sorts of reasons you might not get a reading and also that it takes hours after a sync to appear (which doesn’t make a lot of sense really)...

One of the nights I didn’t get a reading I had sleep score of 90. Would be surprised if that night fell into the categories mentioned for making a reading not possible.... On all nights the sleeping O2 variation graph is shown. 

EDIT - It seems more reliable now so was maybe a server issue. Getting readings every morning at the moment and without delay.

Am keen for this face to develop and add features to edit the categories that are shown

Would be better for it to say “calculating” or something when you wake up and are waiting for a result rather than “go to sleep” 😂

Anything done differently from your end to get the readings I am using it from last 3 days but still no reading.

I haven’t done anything, really. Strap not on too tight, not too loose. I can get two fingers under it just. 

I keep the Signature face on all the time. 

More or less every day now, about a half-hour after I wake up, the sleeping O2 is there.
