I’ve bought new versa3 and found out that the app on my pc doesn’t work and told I need buy a mobile or tablet to sync.  I bought the Amazon fire hd8 as on the presentation it said Fitbit app would work.  But cannot download and spoke to Fitbit and told cannot use.  What is the point of having a watch when you can’t sync anywhere.  What can tablet can I buy that will allow me to download Fitbit app so I can sync.  Please help
