Is there something I need to add to my Fitbit app to have my sleep log and activity log be on the right date and time? My watch does have everything correct, but when I go to see my progress, the heart beat is off and then I says I did the activity on Saturday instead of Sunday.. and sleep log is also all over the place .. (I did try to reset everything and delete/reinstall the app as well)

Ok

It's frustrating when technology doesn't work as it should, but let's try to solve this! Here are some steps you can try to see if it helps:

1. Sync the watch with the app again:
- Open the Fitbit app on your phone.
- Go to the "Account" tab at the bottom right.
- Select your device (your Fitbit watch) and tap "Sync Now".
- This should update all information between your watch and the app.

2. Check the time zone:
- Make sure the time zone on your Fitbit watch and in the app is set correctly. If they don't match, it can lead to incorrect dates and times in the logs.

3. Restore the app:
- Try uninstalling the Fitbit app from your phone and reinstalling it.
- Sign in again with your Fitbit account and sync the device.

4. Check Heart Rate Settings:
- Go to the Fitbit app and select your device.
- Check the heartbeat settings and make sure they are enabled.
- If they are off, enable them and sync your device again.

5. Contact Fitbit Support:
- If the problem persists, please contact Fitbit support for further assistance. They may give you specific instructions based on your device and app version.
