My fitbit has this message on the screen. "To continue using ASK please visit kzl.io/code and enter this code" then a code is provide. I cant get rid of it, what do I do? TIA

Go to the address found in the title of this thread and on your tracker @Thwei
Then follow the steps to purchase the clock face, entering the code displayed on the watch.
Or choose the I already paid for and enter your email address. Then enter the code found on the tracker.

Swipe to your left on your Fitbit until you reach “Clocks” tap that and swipe to your left to choose your clock face options.

Is this a new clock face for you? If you like it, go to the address and buy it.
If this is a clock face that you already purchased. Go to the same address and choose, already bought.
