Glance watchface sync failure

I use glance watch face to get constant blood glucose readings from dexcom g6. It did work but now this expensive watch just does not sync and is absolute rubbish. Tried absolutely everything from all available advice I can find. Removed, turned off, restarts, switched off BLT. Any advice welcome or anyone want to buy a sense.

Have you tried logging back into your Dexcom account. 

Maybe you need to contact the developer of the face.

Hi. Unfortunately it's not just this watch face as I have tried others and the sense just doesn't want to sync with a red exclamation mark. It started as 1 hour and now just doesn't sync. I have done everything from a complete reset to on off BLT. Sent from my Galaxy

How many other faces are designed to log into your Dexcom account?

I don't know of any others so if you do please can you help. It is however a full sync problem with the device.Never had any such problem s with any garmin, polar or samsung devices in the past. Chose this thing because of it Dexcom connection, however it's absolutely useless Sent from my Galaxy

Hi @SunsetRunner I'm confused. The original post says that the watch face is not longing into your Dexcom account. 

Now are you saying that their is a problem with your watch face, or is it that the tracker is not syncing with your phone? 

Ie your steps do not show up in the Fitbit app.

Sorry for confusion. When I first downloaded the glance watch face and followed the instructions it worked instantly and everything synced between my mobile and the sense. Happy days!.After a while the connection or syncing did not occur between phone and sense and I'm talking a month's time or gradually deteriorating syncing. When looking at the last sync on the phone it gradually increased over the month's time until yesterday when completely stopped syncing. The only real use for me for this watch it to view blood glucose. I even switch all else possible off to try get an improved sync. I have as I say done everything to correct this. So in effect if the watch is not syncing with the phone the glucose results do not come across or anything else. I know the dexcom is working fine as it shows perfect on the phone. I have read loads of reviews about this watch and it's poor syncing so assume this is problem?Sent from my Galaxy

Same issue here. Neither of the two clockfaces I use are even installing much less syncing. I am really, really missing this feature!!!
