So I went to Deezer and used the code for the free trial that I got with my Versa. Made a little playlist and synced it. That was a little over a month ago. Then yesterday I went to login to Deezer on my computer to add to that playlist, and there doesn't seem to be an account connected to my email address.
There's a playlist synced, the trial has expired and money taken from my debit card for the first month, but I have no login details. Is there a way of checking the details in my Fitbit account - confirming the Deezer username or email address that's linked to my Fitbit? If I can get that I might be able to figure out the rest myself.

Thanks for sharing your experience on the matter, it sounds very frustrating.
In this case I'd say that the best way to go about it is to get in touch with the people at Deezer and have them help you out.
