How To Update Pandora Music On Fitbit Sense Question?

I use Pandora on my Sense to listen to music. Fitbit uses my top 3 Pandora stations. However, no matter what stations I listen to on Pandora, Fitbit never updates my top 3 stations. So, I can never upload new stations to my Sense. 

How can I get my Fitbit Sense to reset my top 3 stations?
