How do I change my clock face time to 24 hour clock? My phone is set in 24hr time but it doesn’t seem to be syncing that over to my Fitbit?

You need to log in on the web and navigate to the advanced settings of your profile and change the Clock Display Time setting from 12 to 24hrs.
