How to edit info on MedID app for Versa 2?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Just bought the Versa 2 after returning 2 of the original Versa. So far, so good, but I'm having trouble on one issue so far. I installed the MedID app, then entered most of the requested info at the time of installation. Now, I find I need to edit/update some of that info, but can't can't find how. I don't seem to be able to make changes in the watch, and haven't been able to find that app on the Fitbit site. Please help. Thanks!

Hi @DeelSeeker , do you mean MED ID by Jason Olson which is supported by Fitbit? In the last case, install that app on your Versa, allow all permissions and setup settings as you wish within the Fitbit app and sync with your Versa. Everytime you change an item within the Fitbit, go to apps - my apps and click the settings icon right next to MED ID. Change whatever you need, sync with your Versa and ready! regards kuzibri

BTW: Just contacted the developer of this app cause it appeared that the settings you make in this app are lost when you're out of BT range. His answer was blazing fast: his app should store a file on your Versa, so when you're out of BT range the data are still visible. He discovered a bug and is fixing it. Next week there will be an update with the fix. Keep you updated.
