Hi, Im using Samsung Galaxy 4. I was able to use the weather app before the factory reset. But after the factory reset I could not check the weather app. It is keep on searching. Nothing shows... Location service is already turned on in my phone and Fitbit App too. Wifi connection is no problem. Please help...
BTW, I already tried
1. restart tracker
2. remove app, re-download app and update
3. latest firmware update(ionic and android)
4. factory reset
5. unpaired tracker and paired

I have a Galaxy 4 with the same issues that you have, although my weather app has never worked even before the firmware update.
