My app doesn't work well. I cannot modify my diet. It remain freeze on "updating" eternally.
I wanna try using a browser but I cannot find a web version.
Can you provide me a link?

Hi @Alanna_tc Fitbit removed their web based version a while back. It's only available on the app now.

And how do you read/modify your data when the app doesn't work? (It happens frequently)

The app is a joke. It pretends to update data but it doesn't update anything. Please put the web page back or make an app that works.

I am suddenly having trouble syncing my Luxe to the Fitbit app on both my phone and tablet. Sounds like I'm not the only one having this trouble? I have tried everything on the help page, nothing is working. I uninstalled the app and unpaired my Luxe from my devices and now they won't even pair with bluetooth. Grrrrrrrrr. I love my fitbit. I really don't like Google, for the same reasons others have stated.
