I downloaded and bought the Kraft V skin. It said to "Please make sure you are connected to Internet and Bluetooth". Both worked, but the face would not load. Please help me.

That is very strange. If you were connected to both the clock face should have worked correctly. In this case, I'd recommend reporting the app using the instructions here so you can get in touch with the developer of the same. This way you can provide your feedback and get some help.
