Linking to Strava

I have, in the last, successfully linked my Fitbit ionic to Strava. However, at the moment it will not work. I get a message saying “Link Account. Go to Strava settings on your Fitbit mobile app to login” 

Both my Strava and Fitbit app show an active link between the accounts, I have hard reset the watch it’s self and delinked and linked as per the many troubleshooting guides, however, they simply will not connect.

@Louc1987 but have you signed into your Strava account through the Fitbit Strava App? 

Open the Fitbit app. 

Go to account. 

Tap the Ionic. 

Tap Apps

Tap the Gear to the right of Strava

Log into your Strava account.
