Lytr turns off with wrist motion

I found lytr very useful on my Versa (original). On my new Versa 2 it turns off when I the watchface is facing down. This makes it useless to me - why would I need a flashlight that's only on when it's shining in my eyes? Is this a design flaw or a problem with my watch (the auto-awake feature also doesn't work, and I know I have it set correctly).

Sorry @mratener I'm not sure what the lytr is?

Is it an app for the versa?

Ok I checked, and now installing, this app is made by a third party developer, you may want to ask them.

I'm also moving the post to the app board.

Yes. A flashlight app with different brightness levels

Yes but this app was not written by Fitbit, have you contacted the developer?

Not yet, but I will, thank you. I held off because it seemed related to my
auto-awake feature not working (they both related to rotating the rest) but
resetting the watch took care of that, so apparently they are separate
problems.
