Med ID

HI all

I have started to get must install Med ID app message on my Sense 2-

I cannot find it and installed what I think was correct. It doesnt seem to be right one as the message keeps coming up still - plus it is UK based with all the questions being asked not Austalian - can anyone please help me and show me which app is the correct one

Hi @Biskit36 - the Sense 2 doesn't support additional apps but you may find a clock face such as Easy Read. That may work for you.

thankyou so much - I says on the page Integrates with MED ID app but really not sure if I have installed correct one

@Biskit36   I'm sorry, but the Easy Read clock face can't help you.  It sounds like you downloaded the clock face, tapped on the screened got the following message, "The Med ID application is not installed.  Please install the Med ID app from the Fitbit catalog."  The Med ID app isn't available for the Sense 2 or Versa 4.  I'm not aware of other alternatives to help you.
