@alldaymj I have been in touch with one of the Co-Founders, Adam, as he responds to the support messages and he's extremely responsive and helpful. You may want to send a note.

Good luck!

I finally got the app to work with my Ionic. This is what I did.
1. Paid for premium subscription
2. Uninstalled the app from the watch
3. Made sure I had a solid green connection between the watch and the Fitbit app
4. Installed mySwimPro app
5. Connected the app to my watch using the code
6. Browsed to a workout in the MSP app, and left it on the screen
7. The workout finally appears on my watch

It's useful but extremely overpriced for my needs. I bought it because, to my knowledge, it's the option out there compatible with an android smart watch that gives you workouts in the pool. I don't want to bring my phone to the pool.

I have just decided to buy rather than keep on using the free version. Free is good depending on what you're after. You can save several workouts and access some other bits and pieces but nowhere near that available once paid.
I've not had any recent issues with the app/watch (Versa).
Purchasing is more appealing now it's broken into sections so you can omit things you don't need ..

Hi there @NickWIlson! I'm glad to hear that you haven't had any recent issues with the app. Glad to hear you decided to go for the premium version.
All apps and clock faces in the Fitbit App Gallery are free to download. However, some apps and clock faces require a paid subscription service or a one-time activation fee (to a developer). If a developer requires an activation fee, you may see a message in the app or clock face description:
For these apps and clock faces, the developer will process and provide instructions for payment. Many developers use the third party service KiezelPay to accept payment for their app or clock face. For more information, see KiezelPay’s FAQ.
With third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. It's up to the owner of the third party app to implement or update features for their app so in this case is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations.
To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.
See you later and stay awesome!
