can not change the watch face on the versa2- the system/server will not load the watch face (any watch face) selected... it just circles. 

so, does none of the fitbit support team work from home/self-incarceration?? well, I am essential government personnel and need my stuff to bloody well work while I am out here trying to ensure you can continue to eat!

Without knowing your phone model, I'm not sure how to help. However, yes Fitbit support is working and by tapping in the top right. A menu slides out, and you will find a link to support.
