I just completed a new update but can´t find the Sp02 signature watchface... how long does it take before it appears on the gallery? Is it not available in Mexico?

It might not be a soluble in Mexico. You don't need the watch face to track SpO2. 

Your watch has an app to do this.. Check your installed apps through the Fitbit app. It is hidden on the tracker.
