When swiping all the way to the right on my charge 4 in the spotify app, it only shows 1 playlist. I have multiple playlist on spotify, but they do not appear on the charge 4 screen.

i have checked for the latest update of spotify, i have rebooted my charge 4 and I have synced with my mobile phone. The fitbit app is running in the background.
But still, i have this problem

@SilviaFitbit Hi, I don’t seem to have a case with them yet. How would I contact them? I have already chatted with the Support Team.
They told me that this problem is known by the Technical team, but they could not give me a date by which it will be fixed. Quite disappointing...

I have not had further contact or any updates on when the problem will be fixed.

I still have the same problem today 24-12-2020.

@cjmerritt4 Welcome to the Fitbit Community.

I'd like you to confirm that you followed this procedure to use Spotify in your Fitbit Charge 4. Take into consideration that the Fitbit app should be running in the background of the phone for the app to receive updates. Is only one Spotify playlist showing in your Fitbit tracker?

Let me know how it goes.

Yes, I have followed the procedures indicated and I am able to control
Spotify playback. The only issue is the lack of recent playlists or library
when I swipe right (it just shows one playlist that isn't mine, but I may
have played over the life of my Spotify account).

@cjmerritt4 Thank you for getting back. In this case, I'd like you to restart your Charge 4, log out from Spotify and set it up again.

Let me know how it goes.

@SilviaFitbit Thank you, but these steps have not solved the issue. I followed your instructions. I also tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Spotify app on my Fitbit. After any attempt the same single playlist is listed. What else can we do?
