I have a Fitbit Charge 2. I went on my Fitbit app then to discover - then to smartwatch apps and clock faces. Am I able to download clock faces and apps on my Fitbit charge 2? Does it only apply to Versa 2? Every time I click something to download it says, "No App Gallery compatible device connected".

Hello @Hailey_ and welcome to the Help Forums. The smartwatch apps and clock faces are for the Ionic and Versa series smartwatches. You can't put them on your Charge 2.

Same here.
Ive got Charge HR, Alta HR, and IONiC.
My IONIC does not give me the option to download the latest version update. It is stuck with Version 27.31.1.16.
This software version prevents me from installing specific clock faces and certain Apps, i.e. Spotify 😡

Hi @Hailey_
I'm not sure if you ever got a resolution to your issue, but I thought I'd share my experience.
I have a Blaze and got the same message as above, so I removed the device from my account. When I started the process to set it up again, I got the following message "We've discontinued software updates for this device. Certain features may not work as expected."
I was still able to add the device to my account, but it appears as though I am unable to change the clock face now.
