Trouble Enabling location on weather

Hi I am having trouble enabling location on the weather app. It won't let me select all permissions and there is a yellow triangle by location. Can anyone advise please? Thanks

Have you tried tapping on the yellow triangle? Maybe something will pop up. 

I've also moved this thread to the App Board.

Yes I've tried that. Nothing is happening. It's very strange indeed 🙄
