Love the watch but the worst app in industry

sadly, this the NEW app. The old one worked much better and looked nice. I’ve used Fitbit for 6 years and really loved it- especially the app but now about to turn off Premium and stop using Fitbit. Using Garmin instead

Totally agree.  The new app is terrible.  I've been a long time Fitbit User (since 2015) and actually just got my 6th new Fitbit in December 2023.  I've referred so many people to Fitbit, since I loved it so much.  But after this App Update - I'm looking at other options.

I totally agree. The new app is the worst in the industry. I used to look forward to using the app. I am on the verge of switching to Garmin. The Fitbit app is now, clumsy, counterintuitive, and dull. What a shame to have ruined some thing That the majority of Fitbit users really enjoyed. It is so disappointing that Google is so dismissive of its customers.
