Option to customise tiles/clock etc (Versa 4)

Each time I enter the app with a view to change the watch face or the tiles on my fitbit the app tells me that there is no Internet connection.  

My phone is synced, fitbit is synced, I am connected to wifi. I have also checked and there is no updates to be done. 

Anyone got any ideas?

Hi @Lane79 - this is quite common on latest Samsung phones, check the Private DNS setting. For some reason the Gallery requires full access.

If that doesn't help see no internet connection
