I have reset both phone and watch several times and started from fresh but the app notification list is still empty even when activity has happened on apps

Let me help you with the notifications on your Charge 6 that seems empty. Thanks for the details provided.

Apps usually appear in the list as notifications arrive on your phone. Leave the Fitbit app open in this now-empty list and try to receive a notification from an app. If you still don't see any notifications, follow the troubleshooting steps in our help article "How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?" under the section > Why are notifications delayed or missing > Complete the troubleshooting steps
