Possible to create single hand clock face?

I'm interested in the new Versa 2 clock that's just about to be released.

At the same time, I'm looking into buying a slow watch, preferably one with a single hand.  Here's an example:

Is it possible to create a custom clock face, where minute and second hands are removed, and with 24 hours instead of 12 hours?
