I'm having an issue with the Noted App on the Versa 2. I have paid for the app and I have installed version 1.0.4, which I believe to be the current version. I have emailed the developer twice but have not yet heard back. The most recent email was on Friday Nov 29. I used the email address weiren@wewejune.com
The firmware on my Versa is version 35.68.9.15.
The problem is that only the first line on each page will show. To test the app, I numbered each line as follows:
1: Line 1
2: Line 2
3: Line 3 until
20: Line 20
All I see on each page is the first line for that page.
So on the first page is only "Line 1". On the second page is only "Line 5"
Does anyone else have the same issue? Anyone have the solution? Is there a different way to contact the developer?

With third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. It's up to the owner of the third party app to implement or update features for their app so in this case is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations. Since you already contacted them, please let's wait to heard back from the developer.
You can change to a free app. If you don't want the app or clock face, you can remove it.

I have not yet heard from the developer. I checked my Spam folder also, just in case.
How do I get my money refunded?

How much does the developer charge for the app? Did you ever get a refund?
