I have just bought a Sense and I have linked the watch app to my Deezer account. In the Fitbit app I go to the Media and click on the Deezer service but it says "Uh Oh! There was a problem reaching the server. Please try again later".
I have waited a few hours, and a few hours. Wondering if the message is a red herring or if the service to connect them is down. Fitbit had server issues earlier today as well whilst setting up the watch.
I will update if it does connect, but in the meantime has anyone had any issues?
Phone is a Pixel.
Have you tried restarting the watch itself?
That fixed my problem with the weather app on the Sense not updating.
I have been trying to connect it for the last two days as well as to contact support, but they seem to be busy all the time 😒
It is extremely frustrating since Deezer is the only option to listen to music while exercising and not carrying your phone with you.
My phone is a Samsung with an Android operating system.
Best AnswerI got the fitbit versa 3 because my Fitbit alta HR stopped syncing with my phone for some reason (tried a lot of things to fix it but it didn't work, happened to mine and hubby's alta HRs). Tried to activate Deezer on my versa and whenever I put the code in, click "pair my device" and it goes to the Fitbit app an "unexpected error" occurs. This is ridiculous. And now the watch keeps restarting for no reason lol awful
Forgot to mention that on the Fitbit app, when I click the settings option for Deezer, I get the same server problem
Zabbo I had to wait 5 days, it was what support told me and after 5 days I could connect Deezer.
Almost one year after your entry and the problem is still the same. I have a Sense and spent my day trying to access de Media on the Fitbit app and when I click the settings option for Deezer, I get the same server problem...

Having the same problem on my Versa 2.
Wasted so much time on this.
I try to l link the device by going to fitbit.com/deezer and entering the code.
I then click Pair and it opens to fit bit app and says "Uh uh, an unexpected error occurred"
I tried completely removing my fitbit and readding in the fitbit app, no dice. I get the same error every time and I can't even open the deezer app on the fitbit because it just keeps asking me to enter the code into fitbit.com/deezer and the cycle continues.

Best AnswerI have the same issues....unable to connect to server! I have a Versa 3 has worked for 10 months with no issues with Deezer. Deezer says they having issues with Fitbit no help forthcoming. Maybe I must wait 5 days!!!
