Bought the sense 2 about a month ago and changed the face to the sleep animal. It's never really worked and now my sleep animal has been asleep, under a blanket for 2 days!!

Hello @KayR876 and welcome to the Community.  I'm moving your post to the App Gallery forum.  It's a better fit as that clock face is available for other devices.  In the meantime, have you tried restarting your Sense 2?  Or if you change clock faces, then change back, does it work properly?

I initially resisted trying that clock face.  My sleep animal hadn't changed in months and it requires more frequent charging.  But I'll try it for a while and see if I can reproduce your issues.  Can you describe in more detail how it never really worked?  This is a Fitbit clock that requires Premium.  It should work as advertised.

Just to update -- I gave up on the clock face after one day.  There was less animation than I expected.  I'm a bear -- the sleeping bear has ZZZs floating out of its butt.  I couldn't take it.  Sorry I can't help you.

Did you try switching clock faces, then switching back?
