I just got my watch yesterday and I noticed the time is not showing. My location is ON and Fitbit is also ON. How do I get the time to work in my watch? I have an IPhone 12. Thank you for your help

 

Update: Sorry I meant the weather is not showing.

Hello there, @Sandrita23. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 4.

Please check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.
