Strava app does not function

I've tried numerous things, but I cannot get the Strava Ionic app to function. I've followed the login and authorization steps but nothing has worked. I've read a previous post on the subject that has been incorrectly marked as resolved. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @huronbikes - Strava was not designed by Fitbit and is not supported by Fitbit. Here is a link to Strava Support. Hopefully they can help you. 

A thread may have been marked as solved because the person was pointed in the right direction to work with the original app developer (in this case, Strava) to solve the issues. When the app is not developed by Fitbit, that is all we can do.

The previous post was marked solved since the issue was resolved for the OP and they where able to log into their Fitbit account.
