Hi All, 

I bought fit bit premium on mobile and facing two issues 

1)steps count is not getting update quickly. It takes almost 3-4hours. Is it normal?

2)fitbit is calculating as steps while riding a bike? Is this also normal or is there anyway I can avoid this?

Try to force sync manually by pulling down on the Fitbit app home screen.
