I purchased a clock face package from a third party developer. I cannot 'select' any of them.
I have re-installed the versa and have restarted the phone (OnePlus 5T).

Hi @ChefMichelle. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delay.
Thanks for letting me know that the clock faces aren't working on your Versa, as well for every step tried on your own. Since you mentioned to have purchased a clock face package from a third party developer, I'm wondering if the same happens when using a Fitbit clock face. If not, my best suggestion is to contact the third party developer so you can receive more details about those clock faces and how to get advantage of them. Usually their contact details are within the clock face description.

The problem was a Fitbit issue. It required an OS update. About 24 hours after my live chat with Fitbit my device finally showed that there was an update available. It was very frustrating as the live chat operator did not have the information that I needed. The transcript would be very embarasing for fitbit to not be aware of update release dates.
