Hello Everyone,

This clock face displays on Fitbit's website called "Time Zone" but I'm unable to find it in the Clockfaces for the Fibit Ionic does anyone know what it is named and/or if it is exclusive to another model? Please see the attached image.

Thank you for everyone's time.

Hey there @SinSharks, it's nice to see you here! Smiley Very Happy While reading your post I was wondering where you were looking at? A Fitbit website page, the App Gallery, another internet page? I was looking for the Time zone clock face, but nothing came up.

There are clock faces found on the Fitbit App Gallery that will show dual time zones. Check the following:

  • Dual Time
  • Cobblestyle

Please check them out and let me know if this is what you were looking for.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

Sinsharks and Marre,

Thanks for posting this, Sin! I too have long wondered why this clock face is on the Fitbit website, but no where to be found in the clockface options. I thought it was just still under development; However, I stopped using my watch for about a 8-10 months.... just started using it again, go to see if they finally released the “Time Zones” clock face, but sadly, it’s still not there 😞

As a frequent traveler, that clock face would be very nice.

Marre— the clock face is displayed under the IOS page on Fitbit’s website. https://www.fitbit.com/fitbitos

Let us ya know what you find out, and thanks for the help!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @LukasD! Thanks for jumping in here and for sharing the link. It seems that the clock face you're sharing was part of the Fitbit Labs, but it was removed. Although we don't provide specific troubleshooting or support for Fitbit Labs apps or clock faces at this time, we welcome user feedback as we look for new ways to deliver smart, insightful and motivating experiences. Share your feedback through this form.

On the other hand, great similar clock faces have been developed by a third party developer, and can be downloaded from the Fitbit App Gallery available on Fitbit Smartwatches. You should try "Analog" it's pretty good.

Happy exploring!
