I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Trails clock face shows an incorrect weather temperature. 

This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation. 

Could you please try to troubleshoot the weather app, as explained in the following help article? How do I troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?

there are many complaints about this issue. Has this troubleshooting actually resolved the issue or is Fitbit too lazy to fix their own watch face, making everyone else jump through hoops?
