I didn’t know there was a problem until today. I’ve been trying to change the clock face all day. Nothing. I guess this update is the problem???

Hi @BamaGirl11. It's good to see you here and I'm sorry for the delay.

Thanks for sharing that you're unable to change the clock face after updating your watch. I'm sorry that you've gone through this situation and to work on this together I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Remove your watch from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, sync your watch and try changing the clock face one more time.

By the way, I've moved your post to the App Gallery board so you can receive more related responses about this situation and to keep our forums organized.

I'll be around, keep me posted.

now, my weather app won’t sync.  It was ok until yesterday. Same steps?

Hi @BamaGirl11. It's great to see you here again.

Thanks for keeping me updated and I'm glad that you were able to change the clock face! Thanks for your continued efforts in getting your watch to sync correctly. There are some factors that may prevent the weather app from syncing correctly, so please make sure of the following:

  • Location services must be set to "Always" for the Fitbit app.
  • All-day sync must be turned on in the Fitbit app.
  • The Fitbit app is allowed to run on the background on your phone.

Once that is done, give a try to these other steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app by swiping up from the open apps.

For iOS devices, see this article.
For Android devices, see this article.

  2. Reboot your phone one more time.
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Fitbit watch > Sync now.

  4. Once your device has synced, check the Weather app. It can take a few minutes to see the updated list of locations on your device.

Let me know how it goes.

That doesn’t work. Also, now the watch won’t sync.
I am really getting fed up with this thing and all it’s glitches. Nothing works smoothly. There’s always something wrong.
If the watch ever syncs, I still need to know what to do about the weather app.
