Unable to install Spotify on Versa

Have new Versa.

just synced to my iPhone XR.

The Spotify app install is greyed out!! 
Everything is brand new and up to date why can’t I install this ? 
I am in Canada and have a Spotify premium account ???

is this not going to work ? It’s what I bought if for ?

Hi @Pamjoan. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

 

Congrats on your new Versa and thanks for confirming that you have a Spotify Premium account. I understand how you're feeling about not having this app installed and let me help you with this matter. Before anything else, please make sure your watch and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest version. Once that is done, give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. Remove your watch from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Tap on your profile picture > Versa icon > Sync Now.
  6. After syncing, tap on Apps >All Apps and try installing the Spotify app one more time.
