Unable to uninstall apps

As the title reads, I am unable to remove apps from my Ionic.  I have followed the instructions but when I tap the app there is no option to delete/uninstall.  All I see is an UPDATE button.

Which app(s) are you trying to remove?  There are some that are required.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hello there @TeddieMao, thanks for stopping by! Also, thanks for following the tips and recommendations provided in the article: How do I installed and manage apps on my Fitbit watch? in order to remove some of your apps. 

 

Starter apps can't be removed, including:

 

  • Strava 
  • Alarms 
  • Exercise 
  • Settings 
  • Today 
  • Weather

 

For anything else you would like to see implemented in the future, consider visiting our Feature Suggestions board. This is a space where Community users can post features, ideas, and suggestions that they'd like to see in future Fitbit products, accessories, and software and top-voted suggestions get relayed to our product team for review.
