Versa 2 allowed apps

I just got the Versa 2 and got it all set up.  I tried to add my United Healthcare Motion app and it does not seem to be an option to add to the Versa in the gallery.  The app will connect to my Versa, but it will not give me any notifications when it is time to walk or any completed tasks.  My old Charge 2 was able to give me these notifications so I am not sure why the Versa would not do the same.

Hi @SRoyalty - did you check your Quick Settings, in case Sleep or Do not disturb has been enabled? Pull down the watch face once and then again and tap on the 2 white bars or possibly long press the button.

Also since you changed watch make sure that you set up the features again in the Fitbit App .

@SRoyalty   Please read this Help article for more information about UHC Motion.  The device list has trackers, but no smartwatches on it.  You might need to contact UHC Motion Support for clarification.  The device list looks out of date, since it doesn’t have the newer trackers.
