When I try to sync deezer to my watch it says that its successful and sends me back to the fitbit app and then it says there is an error. I tried connecting my watch to the charger but I think the issue is with the fitbit app on the mobile phones not connecting to the server properly not the watch.
Please fix this as I have a deezer premium account. The Spotify server seems to be working but I don't have Spotify so not much use to me tbh

Hi there, @Charmaine.louis. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with Deezer before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As a last resort, please plug your watch into the charger. Music downloads automatically when the watch is charging and in range of your Wi-Fi network, or tap the menu icon > Force Sync Now in the Deezer section of the Fitbit app to add the playlists to your watch.

Unfortunately i have the exact Same Problem as .@Charmaine.louis
Your answer is only focussed on users that already got Deezer to Work and have some issues with synchronizing. @Charmaine.louis and me geht an Error Message in the Setup process. After the Login to Deezer through the browser we get an Error Message. My Accounts seem to have connected successfully. But when ich click Deezer in my Fitbit App i get the following Error: oh, an Error occured.we could Not reach the Server. Try again later.
The Error ist Not in connecting the versa 3 to Deezer. Its in connecting to Deezer from the Fitbit App.
I get that Message for days now, please help me resolve this issue.

Seems to me that this hast Been fixed through a Firmware Update Last Time...

Hi @ChrisDiehl, I don't believe it has been fixed despite them saying it had been on those posts as I am still having issues.
@MarreFitbit please can you look Into this issue further as just plugging the watch in does not help, as I said in my original post.
