Hey y'all. So I am trying to connect my bitmoji to my Versa 3, and it's taking forever!! I did a factory reset and everything, so it's like new out of the box, and I have been "teleporting" my bitmoji for an hour and a half. Is it supposed to take that long? Did I maybe do something wrong?

Hi there, @Ashley817. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following:
1) Remove the clock face
2) Go to phone app settings and clear Fitbit cache
3) Disconnect partner apps in Snapchat
4) Log out of Snapchat
5) Go to phone app settings and clear Snapchat cache
6) Open Fitbit app, install Bitmoji clock face
7) Connect to Snapchat - you will be asked to login Snapchat for the connection to Fitbit - if this doesn't happen, teleport will not be successful.
I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.
