Versa 4 Dexcom follow app G7 !Help!

Hello, because I can check my phone at work all day, I searched for watch who could give me the blood sugar notification of my son. We chose the Fitbit versa 4 because we read it worked with the glance watch face. Now the watch is unpacked and ready but we can download the glance watch face. The link lands us on a page not found . And I tried everything but I still don't get the Dexcom follow notifications on the watch like they appear on my phone. It was a real expense for us. Can someone please please help?

Hello @Diamama and welcome to the Community.  I apologize if I misread what you wrote.  I don't think you are looking in the right place for the Glance watch face.  Please try the following path:

• Tap on the device/battery icon in the upper left of the Fitbit app
• Tap on the Versa 4 image
• Tap on the Gallery icon
• Tap on the Search icon (magnifying glass) in the upper right of the screen
• Type in Glance
• Tap on it, then install and follow the rest of the installation

If you don't see Glance, do you live in the EEA?  Third party watch faces aren't available in the EEA.
