Fitbit.com web dashboard is transitioning to the Fitbit app

RE: Fitbit.com web dashboard is transitioning to the Fitbit app (Fitbit Community Subscription Update)

What happened to this post?  There were thousands of users who were experiencing an issue with removing the dashboard but instead of addressing their concerns and bringing it back, you just erased all of their concerns, as if deleting this thread would erase their heartfelt feedback.  You know, I am old enough to remember when there was a huge telephone monopoly we referred to as Ma Bell, they were a company notorious for their poor customer experience, but if you are young enough you probably have never heard of it nor have you ever used a landline.

You may think you are an indestructible company and force in the world that does not have to respond to your customers nor care about the customer experience but you will not be the first conglomerate to be wrong.

Hi @MyraWi  periodically they do remove threads on the forums to keep it cleaned up and/or to avoid confusion. Since new users will never know about the old website dashboard, reading a post on how it's being removed wouldn't mean anything to them. Pretty sure if you search the Product Feedback forum area, you will see suggestions asking for the return of it and it's the one place where voting for a post counts.

Hi @MyraWi - thanks for posting I wasn't aware they had removed that important forum with all the valuable comments.

Parts of the removed site still exist though see fitbit.com but that doesn't help all those people who have no phone, or have other accessibility issues or needs unfortunately.
