Versa Lite won't read heart rate anymore despite all suggested fixes

My versa lite won't read my heart rate anymore.  I tried all of the online suggested reset fixes including hardware/firmware updates, app uninstall/reinstall updates.  The heart rate feature is the only reason I purchased this tracker was the heart rate monitor.

Have you tried turning the heart rate off/on.

A restart ot the Versa lite?
