Hi there,
I had a fitbit charge before and managed to link my Fitbit to my Strava account with no issues and it would sync automatically.
Now, I have a new fitbit Versa and i have linked the accounts again but they keep disconnecting. I have also tried to use the app on the Versa and it just says "Link Account". I have gone into the fitbit mobile settings and logged in to Strava and it says within the Mobile app that it is "authorized"
What other steps should I be doing?

Hello @jesslj2000 where are you seeing this message to link accounts?
I think you may be seeing this message when opening the Strava app on the Versa.
This has nothing to do with the link between the Fitbit account and Strava account.
Open the fitbit app, navigate to your Versa settings then installed apps.
Tap the settings for the Strava app and log in to your Strava account
