Hi, 

 

I scanned my barcode on my Walgreens app on the Versa 2 to earn rewards. It vibrated twice and a numeric keypad showed up on the screen. What number am I supposed to put in? 

When I added the card, it said to enter rewards card code or phone number. I entered the rewards card code. It seemed to be successful and created a barcode. It scanned, but didn’t go through and just brought up a numeric keypad with no instructions.

It should have scanned just like the card in your pocket.

When you say that it did not go through, I assume you are referring to scanning the barcode at the register.

If everything went correctly you should not be requested to enter anything.

My guess is the code was read incorrectly or displayed wrong. 

I would have typed in the phone number.
