Hi! I’m having problems with the Walgreens app on versa showing an incorrect point balance (nearly double what I actually have via Walgreens website) and not being able to pull up my barcode to scan in store to redeem my Balance Rewards for Healthy Choices, instead reverting to a blank black screen. If I sign in with my membership number, it won’t let me sign in with email or move past it. I love being able to earn things for my activity and it’s a bummer that I can’t use the service on the app to simplify my trip to the store. Welcome on board @kiwiqueen, it's nice to see you around here! I want to confirm that in order for the QR code to populate on your watch you must first add your phone number and/or balance rewards card number within the Walgreens app after you have logged in to your Walgreens account.
Could you please confirm if you've been able to add your phone number or balance rewards number on the watch?
Additionally, I'd recommend restarting your Versa by following these steps.

Thank you for the reply! I logged out from Walgreens in the versa app, rebooted the versa, signed back in with my email credentials and rebooted the versa again and it is still showing incorrect information and not generating a barcode.

I'm having exactly the same problem, blank barcode, incorrect balance points. This was not a sudden issue, it had always been this way for me and this app, which is basically useless on Versa. I've been able to produce the problem on two entirely different Versa. I have a Versa and Versa SE.

I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times and couldn’t seem to get it to work, however Idid manage to get the barcode working for rewards. If you put the wrong phone number or account in first then the right one, it seems to work and connect. I’m unsure on how to get the rewards balance to work and it’s still bothering me.

The suggestion from user Abc123411 actually worked for me as well, THANK YOU!
To be clear, when you install the app in the Fitbit app, login to your Walgreens account. Once logged in, there is a field named "Card or Phone" into which you should first enter an incorrect card or phone number. Then go back and enter your correct phone number (the one you provide in place of using your card number at the physical store).
Once I did this, above the phone number, an entry appeared for "BALANCE REWARDS # .....0000 where 0000 is the last 4 digits of my reward card.

Hi, MarreFitbit.
I'm completely new to this smartwatch world and I just got a Fitbit Versa 2 for Christmas. I work for Walgreens so I use the app very often. I have been having trouble opening the Walgreens app on my watch. It acts like it's going to open, but then it gets stuck on a loading screen and never actually opens. I went through the Fitbit app and already added my phone number and synced my information through there and still no luck. Any tips?

I can get the barcode to work but no $earned, points balance or points to $ show anything. Any tips or help would be great!
