Why is my weather app being temperamental. It works sometimes, then says no location info. I'm always synced and local is on w/ phone

Hi there, @Daisyboo3. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

If the weather is still not updating please check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Last but not least, may I know what kind of issues you were having with your Versa 3? Did you manage to solve them? Were they syncing issues? 

By the way, I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.

Hi @Daisyboo3 - just in case it may be a problem with cities - see How to change Temperature - for Weather, Centigrade - Fahrenheit, Versa 3
